No, this post is not about hedonisme or consumerisme culture - it's actually about muffin premix. I tried using it for the first time last weekend - it's so convenient! Just add water, eggs, and corn oil. No need to worry about recipes and getting so many ingredients and measuring them. It took me less than 10 minutes from the time I took out the mixer to the moment I put the first batch into the oven. And the muffins from this particular mix that I used turn out soft, fluffy, and not-overly-sweet. Cost per unit muffin - 37 sen. The pleasure of having freshly baked warm yummylicious muffins straight from the oven - priceless! Hmm, which flavour shall I try next...
